Be A Game Changer

Let’s get talking about mental health

Mental health problems are common. In fact, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year. That’s an average of 12,989 fans at every Newcastle United game.

So we all need to look after our mental health, just like we look after our physical health.

That’s why we have launched Be a Game Changer, to encourage people in our city to talk openly about mental health and to provide tips on how to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

The Time to Change website gives some additional insight into Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Head to our Be A Game Changer home page to find out more about the campaign!
