Newcastle United Foundation Shortlisted For Football Business Awards 2018

Newcastle United Foundation has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Football Business Awards 2018.

This is the fourth award the Foundation has been nominated for this year, following the successful Sports Business Award in May and the upcoming Third Sector Excellence Awards and North East Charity Awards.

The Foundation has been selected in the category of Best Football Community Scheme in the Premier League alongside Brighton & Hove Albion, Everton, Southampton, Watford, and West Ham.

Since 2012, the awards have showcased and celebrated the incredible off-field achievements of everyone involved in the success of the game, from professional level, to grassroots clubs.

Taking place in November at an exclusive awards event in London, the Football Business Awards have grown into a prestigious title to win – one the Foundation is incredibly proud to be considered for.

Kate Bradley, Head of Newcastle United Foundation, said: “We are very proud to be shortlisted for yet another Award, this time at the Football Business Awards.

“In our tenth anniversary year, to be named as one of the best Football Community Schemes in the Premier League is testament to the dedication of our staff and volunteers and the support of our funders and partners.”
