Foundation Plans Couch To 5K Running Group
Newcastle United Foundation is planning to launch a beginner’s running group and we want you to get involved!
The 10 week couch to 5k challenge will start in June and will encourage people with little or no running experience to join up to take on the challenge, with the support and expertise of our staff.
If you’re interested in signing up please fill in the questionnaire below so we can try to plan a regular training slot that would suit most people.
Ashley Lowe, Newcastle United Foundation’s Health Projects Co-ordinator said: “We engage with a lot of people who want to take that first step towards getting active again – and this can certainly be it!
“We’re really looking forward to getting the group together and putting a plan of action in place that everyone can work to. If you would like to sign up please complete the survey, which will help us find a day and time that is suitable for as many people as possible.”
