Foundation Partners With Institute Of Directors For North East Business Leaders’ Dinner

Newcastle United Foundation and the Foundation of Light are partnering with the Institute of Directors as sponsors of the North East Business Leaders’ Dinner.

Guests will enjoy a delicious three course dinner at the fabulous Hilton Newcastle Gateshead hotel, while hearing from two big name speakers from both Foundations. Charlotte Valeur, IoD Chairman will be making a keynote speech on behalf of the IoD

The Institute of Directors (IoD) was founded in 1903 and obtained a Royal Charter in 1906. The IoD is a non-party political organisation with approximately 35,000 members in the United Kingdom and overseas. Membership includes directors from across the business spectrum – from media to manufacturing, professional services to the public and voluntary sectors.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to bid for fantastic prizes in a charity auction – including once-in-a-lifetime experiences!

Stars including Foundation Patron Shola Ameobi and Magpies legend Steve Harper will be in attendance with lots of other big names to be announced.

Attendees will be welcomed by Dr Joanna Berry, the regional chairman of the IoD. The evening will be a fantastic opportunity to learn about the outstanding work done by both Newcastle United Foundation and Foundation of Light to benefit their local communities.
