VACANCY: Foundation Administrator

Newcastle United Foundation is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the organisation on a fixed term basis, based at St. James’ Park.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in an office environment and will have experience dealing and working with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

Excellent communication skills and manners are essential when dealing with customer orders, questions, complaints and when providing verbal and written information. Applicants will preferably have a customer service qualification and should hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English and have excellent IT skills.

This role will suit someone with a confident and professional manner who is self-motivated and a great team player.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and may include some evening work from time to time.
