Meet Our Lucky Raffle Winner

Huge congratulations to Michael Welton, from Fenham, who was the lucky winner of the two tickets to the Semi Final of Britain’s Got Talent after supporting Newcastle United Foundation’s Half Time Draw at the match versus Tottenham Hotspur.

As part of his prize Michael will enjoy First Class train travel to London, donated by Virgin Trains East Coach, an overnight stay, as well as the change to meet hosts Ant and Dec.

On winning the prize Michael Welton said, “I couldn’t believe it when I saw I had the winning ticket!  I was just happy to support the Foundation so to win such a fantastic prize is amazing.  I’m really looking forward to seeing Britain’s Got Talent and to meeting Ant and Dec!”

Newcastle United Foundation Fundraising Officer, Kelly Foster, added, “We hope Michael has a fantastic night watching Britain’s Got Talent.  I’d like to thank everyone that bought a ticket.  The funds raised will go towards helping some of the most disadvantaged young people in our community so we really appreciate your support.”

Winning ticket number: 14532
