Are you a man aged between 30-65? Feeling tired? Demotivated? 12th Man is for you!
12th Man is a FREE 12 week healthy lifestyles programme for men aged between 30 and 65 who are a little overweight and out of shape.
During the 12 weeks you will learn about all things health and wellbeing including: exercise, diet, sleep, stress, anger and coping strategies. You will also get the opportunity to take part in a variety of exercises and sports led by our qualified personal trainers and health experts.

Mental Health First Aid
The Adult MHFA Two Day course is designed by MHFA England, delivered by NUF and qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider.
Mental Health First Aiders have:
- An in depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
- Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
- Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
- Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
- Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support – whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix
We offer both the Youth MHFA and Adult MHFA courses.

Fit For Life: Over 50's Fit Club
Aged over 50? Live in the Newcastle area? Looking to boost your confidence, meet new people, and exercise more?
Fit For Life is a FREE over 50’s fit club designed to help older people get back into regular exercise.
Over a ten week course our strength and conditioning specialists will lead you through a series of sessions, with the emphasis on moving at your own pace, and exercise to suit your needs. You’ll also get health, fitness, and lifestyle advice from our experienced coaches.
Every Thursday, 12:30pm – 1:30pm, Lemington Football Centre, NE15 7LS
