12th Man

Are you a man aged between 30-65? Feeling tired? Demotivated? 12th Man is for you!

12th Man is a FREE 12 week healthy lifestyles programme for men aged between 30 and 65 who are a little overweight and out of shape.

During the 12 weeks you will learn about all things health and wellbeing including: exercise, diet, sleep, stress, anger and coping strategies. You will also get the opportunity to take part in a variety of exercises and sports led by our qualified personal trainers and health experts.
