Fit Club - Every Wednesday!
Our Fit Club is a great way to meet new people and maintain an active lifestyle, for free!
Suitable for all ages and abilities our drop in sessions are tailored each week to meet the needs of the group.
Our current sessions run every Wednesday, at St. James’ Park:
- 5.30-6.00pm HIIT Class
- 6.00-6.45pm Running for Fitness
