Applications Now Open For Girls Performance Development Centres!

Applications are now open for Newcastle United Foundation’s Girls Performance Development Centres!

Girls PDC sessions focus on improvement and skills development so they’re not for complete beginners – they’re an ideal way for girls with a love of the game to take the next step towards playing football the Newcastle United way!

The Foundation are currently looking for players at U9’s, U11’s, U13’s, U15’s, and U17’s level.

Taking place at Northumbria University’s High Performance Centre, there are three trial dates to choose from:

Friday 6th July
Friday 13th July
Friday 20th July

Lisa Bell, Women & Girls Football Senior Project Coordinator at Newcastle United Foundation, said: “Every year we find passionate, talented girls looking to grow into the game and I can’t wait to see all the players at our trial dates.

“The PDC course give the girls access to quality coaching and they are a brilliant early step on to our player pathway.”

You can read full details of the trials, including start times for each age bracket, on the application form below.

TO APPLY: Please return a completed application form, see below, by email to Lisa.Bell@nufc.co.uk – or post to ‘Girls Trial, Newcastle United Foundation, St James’ Park, Newcastle, NE1 4ST’.
